Group in-person hypnobirthing (two days)
The full 12 hour Hypnobubs Positive Birth Program hypnobirthing course. Held with other parents-to-be, this course is ideal for first time parents wanting to get practical tools for birthing as well and meet like-minded parents.
$480 per couple
Refresher group in-person hypnobirthing (one-day)
A condensed 6 hour version of the Hypnobubs Positive Birth Program hypnobirthing course, this is held in a one-day group class at Sherwood. This option suits those who have given birth before.
If you are late into their pregnancy and need an 'express' version, select this course and add on a private 1:1 follow-up session with me ($100) to make sure you get the full experience.

Private Hypnobirthing Class
The full 12 hour Hypnobubs Positive Birth Program hypnobirthing course held privately in your home. The same course taught in the group setting just in the comfort of your own home. This option would suit if you want to bring additional support people to learn the course. Or if you and a friend are pregnant at the same time, you could organise to host and learn together.
$980 per group, contact me for availability
Private 1:1 90 min session
This a private 90 min session just one-to-one (or with whoever you want there, including birth partner/furry friends/other kids).
This suits if you have follow-up questions from a course, want a guided 'birth mapping' session, to do a guided birth visualisation / fear release, or need extra support following the condensed refresher course.
$100 per session. Fill out the form and I will contact you to find a time that works best in your schedule.
TENS Machine Hire
A TENS machine is a small battery-operated device that gives small electrical pulses through sticky electrode pads. The TENS gives you the option of portable, adjustable, non-pharmaceutical pain relief during labour. I have the Elle TENS machines for hire for local women - this machine is specifically designed for labouring women.
For hire $60 (+$60 refundable deposit when returned in tact)
